This all depends on the needs and wants of each individual.
Its important to work together to find the right treatment that works for you.
Most clients see me regularly for a couple of weeks for a certain dysfunction then I try to get them into maintenance of 4,6,8 weeks. Sometime alongside rehabilitation (strengthening,stabilisation) Yoga, Pilates something that fits into their routine.
Many come in once when they have a niggle needing addressed.
For my sports specific clients I try to see them 4 to 6 weeks and more often leading up to an event.
