Massage Therapist
Hello, I'm Tracy from Scotland, and I've called New Zealand home since 2015. In November 2022, my partner, our son, and I settled in the sunny town of Mangawhai.

I completed my Sports Therapy degree in the UK in 2008 and have a passion for the hands-on aspect of the field. To enhance my skills, I pursued additional training in advanced massage techniques, including soft tissue release, trigger point therapy, and myofascial therapy.

As an experienced massage therapist, I have discovered that myofascial therapy is an outstanding treatment method with enduring benefits. That's why I employ this type of massage therapy to address discomfort and manage chronic injuries.

I have experience working with professional footballers, triathletes, ice hockey players, runners, kickboxers, and numerous weekend warriors.
I have treated a variety of patients with persistent injuries, chronic pain, postural imbalances, and muscular dysfunctions.

I am passionate about helping people achieve their goals, whether it is completing at an Iron Man event or sitting comfortably at their desk. Helping people reverse long-term soft tissue dysfunction with hands-on therapy and rehabilitation programs.

I am a Level 7 Therapist accredited by Massage New Zealand and registered with Southern Cross.
In 2013, I became a Rock Doc, specializing in fascial movement taping. Currently, I am completing my Structural Integration training, focusing specifically on myofascial techniques.

I am trained Yin Yoga instructor after discovering the wonderful benefits of yin yoga, I learnt from Mark Giess and Kairn Michelle Sang.

I am always looking to expand my knowledge.
