I began my journey as a massage therapist in 2004 with a holistic therapy course including aromatherapy, Swedish massage, sports massage, reflexology, and shiatsu. This introduction to massage led me to pursue a degree in Sports Therapy.
While pursuing my degree, I realized the significance of massage in preventing and treating injuries, which led me to further studies in soft tissue release, myofascial release, trigger point therapy, and more.
I find myofascial release to be a powerful form of soft tissue therapy with long-lasting effects. As a result, I pursued further studies in this area. For more information, you can visit my blog on myofascial therapy.
I have experience working with professional athletes, working alongside top physiotherapists which has given me experience working with chronic pain, musculoskeletal disorders and connective tissue diseases.
